The Company commenced its operation from June 03, 1998 and obtained registration from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission as a Full-Fledged Merchant Bank on August 31, 1999. PLFS Investments Limited is a concern of People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFS) to conduct merchant banking activities and play active role in the capital market of Bangladesh. PLFS, at present, holds 83% shares of PLFS Investments Limited.
