Abul Hasnat Md Ariful Islam FCA, a Senior Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) has more than 12 years’ industry experience in ERP implementation, process automation, implementation of a sound internal control system, IPO issues etc. A prominent Faculty of ICAB, Mr. Islam was the Chairman of Dhaka Regional Committee (DRC) of ICAB in 2019. He worked in different Standing and Non-Standing Committees of the Council of ICAB including Articled Students Committee, Continuing Professional Development Committee, Members issues, services & welfare Committee, Media & Branding Committee etc.

Mr. Islam obtained Bachelor of Commerceand Master of Commerce in Accounting from the National University, Bangladesh. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from ICAB in 2011 and became an Associate Member of ICAB in same year and Fellow Member in 2016. He participated different training program on Oracle software from India, Singapore and USA on GL, AP, AR, FA, EAM, CM, OM,ASCP, Manufacturing, HCM, FAH, Warehouse, LCM.

Presently, Mr. Islamis working as Group Chief Financial Officer for TEAM Group, a 600-million-dollar annual revenue conglomerate employing 22000 people in 14 companies across 6 sectors, with the bulk of the operations being in the RMG Sector. Prior to this, he worked as Executive Director in Walton Group, largest Electronic & Home Appliance Company in Bangladesh employing over 60,000 people and Baishakhi Television, a satellite TV Channel as Director Accounts & Finance.

He served different companies in the role of Independent Director including Copper Tech Industries Ltd and Rakeen Development Company Limited (Foreign Investment Company).
